How to order - Payment options
Currently all orders must be done through the PayPal shopping cart system. If you are a frequent online shopper, most certainly you are already familiar with it. But if this if the first time you will be using it, please know that it is a very secure way to send money and the fastest way for me to confirm payment and be able to ship your order without delay.
Payment via PayPal can be done with any of the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and E-checks.
Please remember to add shipping and handling fees to your order according to the table below.
Sales Tax: 8.25% of the purchase amount applicable for California residents.
Shipping and Handling
Shipment will be sent via insured US Priority Mail within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed. Shipping and Insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be calculated based on the total amount of your order. Please see the table below for shipping and handling fees within continental US.

If you would like to make any other arrangements for delivery -like Express Mail, FedEx or UPS-, please email me before placing an order to check feasibility and rates.
Canada & Mexico/International orders
I will gladly accept international orders. All payments should be done in US dollars, please e-mail me to request shipping fees to your country before placing an order. The options for international packages will most likely be:
- Global Express insured (3-5 days)
- Global Airmail parcel post insured (4-10 days)
- USPS Global Priority Mail. Please note that there is no insurance available for this method of shipping. Strum Jewelry will not be held responsible for undelivered packages so it is very important that you provide your correct address information.
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country will be the customer's responsibility.
Return policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of jewelry pieces, I cannot accept any returns for a refund, exchange or credit. Please feel free to contact me by email if you have any questions or need additional information prior to your purchase.
